At Benzin Scientific, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to supply quality laboratory glassware, plasticware, instruments, consumables, and scientific products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide supporting photographs or videos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or specially manufactured products.
- Calibrated instruments and certified reference materials.
- Chemicals, reagents, standards, and hazardous materials.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or storage by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
3. Damaged or Broken Glassware
As laboratory glassware is fragile, customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
For claims regarding transit damage:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Damaged product
- Shipping label
Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Benzin Scientific.
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- The item arrived damaged.
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
Replacement shipments will be arranged at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error by Benzin Scientific, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- For customer-initiated returns (subject to approval), return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Customized, made-to-order, or special procurement items cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
